About

A healthy democracy depends on engaged citizens willing to step forward and serve. There is no better use of my time than fulfilling my civic duty to help build a more ethical, engaged, and connected community. That’s why I’m running for Corvallis City Council, Ward 2, because I believe local government works best when it listens closely, acts ethically, and stays rooted in the everyday needs of the people it serves.

I have lived in Corvallis since 2022 and in Oregon since 2018. I currently serve as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Corvallis and as a Precinct Committee Person, roles that have given me a front-row seat to how decisions are made and how much stronger they become when residents are truly engaged. I am also a 2026 graduate of Leadership Corvallis, where I deepened my commitment to collaborative, community-centered leadership.

I was born in small town in Iowa along the Mississippi River a place much like Corvallis, where community ties run deep, local identity matters, and people expect their leaders to show up and do the work. That foundation shaped how I see public service: practical, grounded, and accountable to the people it serves.

Today, I work as a paralegal and office manager at a law firm in Corvallis. My work requires precision, ethics, and follow-through values I carry directly into my approach to public service and leadership.

I’m running on a simple set of priorities: downtown economic development, safer streets, and a city where community engagement isn’t an afterthought, but a foundation of every decision.

Corvallis deserves leadership that is transparent, responsive, and willing to do the hard work of listening first and acting with purpose. Will you join me in building our future together?
